We are the place to turn for pediatric urgent care, and our services are available to all Austin families. When you arrive after hours, expect to receive attentive, personalized care. We ask that you schedule an appointment as it ensures that your child will be seen in a timely manner. This allows a much shorter wait time than an emergency department.

Our Austin pediatricians contract with most major health insurance providers. Families who are not patients of 411 Pediatrics and have an HMO insurance policy should check with their insurance company before utilizing our after-hours services.

All sick child urgent care visits are subject to a small after-hours charge, but the fee is significantly less than a visit to the Emergency Room or Urgent Care Center. Please inquire with our helpful and knowledgeable administrative staff for details.

What to Expect during a Pediatric Urgent Care Visit

Accidents and illnesses won’t always occur during office hours when you can visit your own pediatrician. We understand that you expect to find the same level of care and professionalism when you visit a pediatric urgent care provider.

We designed 411 Pediatrics and After-Hours Care with your child in mind. We will make sure you and your child are comfortable and at ease.

When you visit our after-hours care center, we will quickly diagnose your child and provide on-site treatment. Our after-hours pediatric urgent care services include:

• Asthma therapy
• Burn care
• Rapid strep, mono and flu tests
• Blood counts, urinalysis
• Dermabond for minor skin lacerations
